Important Requirement:
This is a Virtual Assistant position. We will only consider applications that meet the listed qualifications.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management and staff remotely.
• Handle scheduling, email management, and client communication.
• Assist with data entry, file organization, and record keeping.
• Support social media updates and online correspondence.
• Help coordinate virtual meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• Proficient in remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Prior virtual assistance experience is a plus but not required.
