Overview
Our client is a UAE-based investment platform launching a new global fund dedicated to Artificial Intelligence innovation. The fund has been formed through a strategic partnership between a leading regional AI and data analytics group and an established venture capital platform with an international investment track record.
The initiative aims to accelerate AI adoption across key industries such as fintech, smart cities, logistics, healthcare, and energy.
The platform combines advanced technology infrastructure and access to compute and data resources with deep investment and operational expertise. Its strategy targets early to growth-stage companies developing commercially scalable AI solutions with international expansion potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate AI and deep-tech investment opportunities across the U.S.(mainly) , MENA, and other international markets
- Lead financial and market analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes
- Support transaction execution and structuring, collaborating with legal and advisory teams
- Work closely with portfolio founders to accelerate scaling, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct research on AI infrastructure, applied data, and emerging industry trends to shape investment theses
- Contribute to investment memoranda, reporting, and fundraising materials for internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, ideally with exposure to technology or AI-related investments
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of AI, data infrastructure, or software business models
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work remotely
