Position Summary
Performs confidential, clerical, and administrative functions an effective and efficient manner. Coordinates high level activities with greater latitude for independent judgement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced administrative tasks including preparing communications, expense reports, making reservations for travel, arranging detailed plans and meeting agendas.
- Work closely with Hiring Manager to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Conduct research, compile data, and present to the Hiring Manager and other department leaders.
- Maintain and organize confidential corporate files and records.
- Attend TEAm meetings and prepare summaries as needed.
- Complete special projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, monitoring progress and problem solving.
- Manage company milestone and recognition program.
- Provide backup within department as needed.
- Serve as a Strategic Planning auditor by attending all quarterly and annual meetings to prepare Department Metrics and monitor progress
- Maintain Department SharePoint sites and be an Office 365 Champion.
- Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
- This position has food safety responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- All applicants must have a B.A. or B.S. degree; or a minimum of five to seven years of proven administrative support functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- All applicants must have strong experience with Internet based software, social media platforms, and Office 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
