This Role is for You if:
- You have 3+ years of PR experience in beauty, ideally at an agency, and a deep industry understanding.
- You’re obsessed with beauty trends and can turn them into powerful press coverage.
- You’re a natural storyteller who can create narratives that connect with both media and consumers.
- You excel in high-energy environments, taking ownership of projects and executing flawlessly.
- You’re detail-oriented, managing multiple clients, deadlines, and media relationships with ease.
- You’re results-driven and always looking to optimize strategies and drive impactful campaigns.
- You have a strong media network and know how to create buzz-worthy moments.
What You’ll Do:
- Media Relations: Pitch beauty and lifestyle brands to national/regional media for impactful editorial placements. Build and nurture media relationships, develop PR strategies, and craft compelling press materials.
- Client Management: Lead day-to-day client communications, manage product launches, press events, and activations.
- Event Engagement: Conceptualize and execute memorable press events, ensuring media engagement.
- Strategy & Analysis: Assess campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact. Oversee media tracking and award nominations.
