Duties
- Process incoming documents and data entries with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize databases and ERP systems for efficient document management
- Perform data collection, filing, and organization of records
- Conduct transcription tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy in written documentation
- Execute order entry processes while maintaining high standards of quality
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout all processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic math concepts for data verification tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with data entry and document processing is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
