Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules, ensuring efficiency, and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and adjust schedules for staff and clients.
Confirm appointments and communicate changes to all relevant parties.
Handle incoming calls and emails regarding scheduling requests or inquiries.
Coordinate with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Track attendance, availability, and schedule adherence.
Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and staff assignments.
Support administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work with scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database systems.
