Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, sending confirmations, and logging activities for our client construction software. This role requires strong communication and organization skills to support our estimating and sales teams.
Duties
- Monitor online lead generation platforms, respond quickly to inquiries, and contact potential clients within minutes of notifications.
- Phoning, texting, and emailing all potential clients to schedule onsite appointments.
- Schedule our team of estimators for site visits in our scheduling system efficiently and timely.
- Manage outgoing communication and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Verify project parameters with all projects.
- Document all project details in meeting notes and appointment summaries.
- Maintain accurate client records in electronic database.
- Verify and Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Notify all parties of scheduled appts and project details when scheduled.
- Record all new clients and project details in internal database.
- Summarize and report all activities to supervisor 2x per month.
Experience
- Previous experience in online lead generating platforms is preferred, with familiarity with construction industry.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Leap, and Excel is a plus.
- Strong computer skills are essential for efficient management of electronic records and scheduling software.
- A background in construction industry or administrative support within a sales environment will be beneficial.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
