Role Description
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Q4 advertising efforts for our clients. This part-time remote role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing paid and organic social campaigns, and optimizing performance based on key metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with our media planner to align strategies for maximum ROI, especially during the holiday season when consumer behavior is rapidly evolving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Manage paid social ads from concept to execution
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs
- Collaborate with media planner to ensure cohesive and effective ad strategies
- Stay attuned to holiday shopping trends and consumer behavior across digital platforms
- Create campaign wrap-ups and performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution
- Expertise in social media management (organic and paid)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Digital Marketing Certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
