The Human Resources Assistant III performs a variety of human resources administrative tasks in support of the agency.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Access.
U.S. Citizen only due to Government or federal requirements
T horough knowledge of automated HR/personnel systems such as USA Staffing, eOPF , and the National Finance Center systems.
A bility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Interpreting and applying laws, rules, and regulations, to include Executive Orders, Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) regulations, 5 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the Vet Guide, and other regulatory guidance to federal hiring actions.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum five (5) years relevant experience in a range of HR concepts, practices, laws, regulations, and precents to provide comprehensive management advisory and technical services to USAO senior officials and Government employees. An active and current Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) certification, which must be maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $20 to $25 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
