Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage phone communications, and support executives with clerical tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Automotive Experience a huge plus
