Mercedes-Benz of Fort Walton Beach is seeking an experienced and driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales operations and maximize online lead conversion. This position is responsible for managing all internet sales inquiries, overseeing digital customer engagement, and working closely with the sales team to convert online leads into showroom appointments and vehicle deliveries.
About the Role
As the Internet Sales Manager, you will manage all incoming digital leads and ensure every customer receives a prompt and professional response. You will monitor lead performance, implement effective follow-up strategies, and help drive consistent internet sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all internet leads through CRM, phone, email, and text
Manage and track all online lead sources and digital inquiries
Monitor internet sales performance and produce reporting on lead activity and conversions
Set and exceed monthly appointment and sales goals
Ensure consistent follow-up with customers to maximize conversion rates
Coordinate with sales managers and marketing partners to optimize digital lead generation
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communication logs

Previous experience in automotive internet sales or BDC leadership
Experience using CDK DMS and Elead CRM is required
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage high lead volume and maintain strong response times
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment
