Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Founder. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a high attention to detail. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing email accounts, calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage office operations, data entry, and clerical tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, proofreading, and transcription duties.
- Serve as the first point of contact providing excellent customer service to prospects and clients.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Previous administrative experience or personal assistant experience is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
