Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in helping us stay organized, manage client communications, and ensure our events run seamlessly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications via email, phone, and CRM platforms (HoneyBook, Vibo, Calendly).
- Schedule and confirm meetings with couples, venues, and team members.
- Assist with preparing contracts, invoices, and event documentation.
- Maintain digital files, track bookings, and update project management tools.
- Support vendor coordination and handle follow-up tasks with venues and planners.
- Monitor client planning portals and send reminders to keep couples on track.
- Provide general administrative support to the Owner and Event Specialists.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative, office, or event support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, scheduling tools, email platforms).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the wedding or events industry is a plus (but not required).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
