IT Specialist
We are looking for an IT Specialist who is passionate about problem-solving and thrives on supporting employees with their technology needs. In this role, you’ll ensure our fully remote workforce has secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems by handling everything from troubleshooting support tickets to managing system access and maintaining compliance standards.
Each day, you’ll be the go-to resource for technical support—responding to help desk requests, setting up hardware and software, and assisting employees with Microsoft 365 applications. You’ll play an active role in employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning accounts, configuring devices, and ensuring secure deprovisioning. You’ll also help safeguard our IT environment by supporting endpoint security, tracking IT inventory, and keeping clear documentation of systems and processes.
After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:
- You consistently resolve help desk tickets quickly, keeping downtime minimal for end users.
- Our systems run smoothly with little disruption thanks to your proactive maintenance.
- Security protocols are followed across the organization, keeping our environment safe and compliant.
- IT documentation is organized, accurate, and easy for others to use.

Salary and Benefits
At GrowthZone, we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, determined based on experience, skills, and internal parity.
