About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and collaborative with strong expertise in the Omni Platform and advanced Excel skills. This role provides service and administrative support to some of our largest and most complex defined contribution plan clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, client-facing environment and is eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day service and administrative support for defined contribution plan clients.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) to validate and reconcile information across multiple data sets.
- Process transactions including contributions, loans, withdrawals, and earnings allocations.
- Perform discrimination testing and analyze results for plan design issues, presenting recommendations to clients.
- Reconcile trust accounting/recordkeeping systems at the plan level and ensure daily balancing accuracy.
- Coordinate omnibus fund purchases and sales with third-party fund companies.
- Produce accurate client deliverables including valuation reports, participant statements, investment performance reports, and compliance/tax forms.
- Format, load, and analyze data while ensuring adherence to company and client standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving administrative issues, and participating in client meetings or conference calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of client services.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with the Omni Platform (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation across multiple sheets).
- Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong team player with a collaborative work style.
- Background in defined contribution plans, trust accounting, or financial services preferred.
