We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team at our Marketing Agency.
This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll support our CEO with executive tasks and keep our finances organized. If you love bringing order to chaos, creating solutions, and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage CEO’s calendar, inbox, and scheduling.
- Support client onboarding and team coordination.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist with hiring logistics and team onboarding/offboarding.
- Document and improve workflows, suggesting smarter solutions.
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Pitch in on special projects such as researching speaking opportunities, coordinating travel, or other one-off assignments as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Bookkeeper.
- Confident with bookkeeping tools and Payroll (QuickBooks or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy (G Suite, Slack, Zoho, etc.).
- Proactive and solution-oriented — you don’t just do tasks, you improve them.
- Someone who feels comfortable managing projects themselves
