Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide support within our call center by answering inbound calls, handling employee documentation such as I-9s and employment verifications, and managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Answering inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
- Processing I-9 forms and completing employment verifications accurately.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Professionally responding to inquiries and providing clear, helpful solutions.
- Escalating priority issues to management when needed.
- Recording details of interactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Balancing multiple administrative tasks while keeping a positive and professional demeanor.
What Qualities Do I Have?
- Strong customer service attitude with the ability to engage confidently.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, positive, and solutions focused.
What Qualifications Do I Need?
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred).
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Comfortable working with confidential employee records.
- Basic computer knowledge (navigation, copy/paste, multiple tabs, typing 30+ WPM).
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
