We’re hiring a part-time Remote Administrative Assistant with experience in community association management (HOAs/condos). If you are highly organized, great with communication, and able to handle resident inquiries with professionalism, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
✔ Respond to resident questions and emails
✔ Assist with scheduling and vendor coordination
✔ Help prepare community notices and correspondence
✔ Keep files and admin tasks organized and up to date
What we’re looking for:
⭐ Prior HOA/condo/community management experience required
⭐ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
⭐ Strong communication abilities
⭐ Remote, self-starter with reliable internet
