This multifaceted role requires excellent organization and administrative skills, the ability to efficiently manage multiple legal matters, and proven experience in social media content creation and marketing strategy. We're seeking a versatile professional who can seamlessly balance traditional legal assistant duties with developing our firm's digital marketing presence to support our attorneys and our practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake and client interviews to gather necessary information for cases.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms.
- Provide executive administrative support to attorneys.
- Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette for client interactions and communications.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting documents and correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in document review and transcription tasks.
