Zimmerman Associates Inc. (ZAI) is a leading provider of administrative and support services. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill General Clerk III positions. As a General Clerk III, you will play a vital role in providing case processing administrative tasks for pension plans. Your responsibilities will include initiating bulk letter mailings, processing Payee Information Forms, conducting customer outreach, updating customer information, handling returned mail, and supporting our customer locator system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate bulk letter mailings to clients.
- Process Payee Information Forms efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct outreach to customers to obtain or verify information.
- Update and maintain customer information in our systems.
- Handle and process returned mail.
- Support our customer locator system and ensure adherence to privacy and security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 Year of Job-Related Experience
- Strong technical skills to navigate and operate within various client software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and complete them accurately and on time.
- Keen attention to detail to maintain high accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage changing priorities.
- Proficient in using various client software systems, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Email management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Familiarity with pension plans or similar case processing tasks.
