We're hiring a proactive, detail-oriented executive assistant to be the operational backbone for our CEO while providing strategic coordination support to our leadership team.
You'll be trusted with highly confidential personal and business operations, moving seamlessly between managing complex travel logistics and capturing strategic insights from high-level meetings. You'll work directly with our Founder/CEO on everything from calendar optimization to household coordination, while also supporting our Leadership team with meeting coordination and cross-functional project execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
CEO Personal Operations (70%)
- Proactive calendar management and conflict resolution
- Full travel coordination with detailed preferences
- Manage household vendor communication and scheduling
- Personal appointment scheduling and reminders
- Convert voice notes into professional communications
- Handle select financial and administrative tasks
CEO Business Operations (15%)
- Prepare meeting assets and conduct strategic research
- Coordinate communication with contractors and partners
- Manage business-related administrative tasks
Leadership Team Coordination (15%)
- Support weekly leadership meetings (prep, notes, action tracking)
- Coordinate cross-functional projects
- Synchronize executive calendars
- Ensure meeting materials and follow-up tasks are completed on time
