We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to guide our nonprofit partners through onboarding, data migration, and long-term success on Instil. This role is based in Los Angeles and reports to our VP of Client Success.

What you’ll do:
- Lead onboarding and data migration from legacy systems
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients
- Provide responsive support and proactive client retention strategies
