Scarlett Gasque is seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth, elevate customer experience, and drive revenue across all channels. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of fashion, technology, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Ads
· Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
· Own the ads calendar to align with launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns.
· Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/PPC bidding strategies.
· Monitor performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Email & SMS Marketing
· Manage the email/SMS calendar, including flows and campaigns (welcome, cart abandonment, winback, etc.).
· Oversee design, copy, segmentation, and scheduling of sends.
· Analyze performance and optimize engagement, conversion, and retention.
Website Operations & UX
· Oversee homepage refreshes and PDP/collection updates.
· Partner with developers (Arctic Grey) to manage bug testing, fixes, and site improvements.
· Ensure seamless navigation, checkout flow, and site operations.
Order Management & Customer Service
· Manage daily order flow across Shopify, wholesale, and marketplaces.
· Resolve fulfillment, shipping, or customer issues in real time.
· Deliver premium customer service and styling support.
· Track KPIs like SLAs, cancellations, and returns.
Styling & Brand Engagement
· Provide styling recommendations for top-tier clients and gifting.
· Collaborate on editorial content, styling guides, and brand storytelling.
· Ensure the site reflects brand vision and product positioning.
Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
· Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
· Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, and analytics.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
· Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering elite customer experience.
