About The Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Information Processing Clerk to join our Customer Support team. This full-time, hourly role is an excellent opportunity for someone who possesses strong organizational skills and enjoys processing data to ensure accurate and efficient workflows. As an Information Processing Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by managing information, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity, all while providing excellent internal support in English.
What You'll Do
- Process and organize customer data and internal records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Input and update data into company databases and systems in a timely manner.
- Verify information and resolve discrepancies through attention to detail and follow-up as necessary.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation to support the Customer Support department.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and company information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure streamlined workflows and meet key performance metrics.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as file organization, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide responsive support for customer-related inquiries that require data access or processing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English to communicate effectively in the role.
- Previous experience in data entry, information processing, or administrative work is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in clerical or administrative fields is a plus.
The pay range for this role is: 22 - 26 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
