Role Overview:
As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a social strategy that highlights Fixated’s creators, showcases our industry leadership, and reinforces our brand as the home for digital talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Fixated’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Own select Fixated client’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Develop a content calendar that highlights Fixated’s creators, campaigns, partnerships, events, and company culture
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (short-form video, graphics, carousels, thought-leadership posts)
- Collaborate with the Fixated team to spotlight creator wins and brand partnerships
- Partner with Fixated creators to experiment with trends, formats, and storytelling that resonate in culture
- Monitor and engage with relevant conversations in the creator economy to position Fixated as a leading voice
- Track performance analytics to inform content decisions and growth strategies
- Stay ahead of platform updates, creator trends, and best practices to ensure Fixated remains innovative and relevant
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy (creator economy or entertainment industry experience is a big plus)
- Strong creative instincts and proven ability to build a brand presence across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of creator culture, talent management, and digital platforms (YouTube, Snap, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms
- Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics, analyze insights, and pivot strategy
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working across teams
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
