We are seeking a Work at Home Support Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers from the comfort of your own home. If you are a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system
- Collaborate with other support team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and efficient support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working from home or in a remote setting is a plus
