Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sign Language USA, LLC. This position plays a vital role in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office functionality. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office software.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones, replying to emails, general office support
- Maintain organized filing systems for client records and documentation.
- Perform data entry and manage databases with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to facilitate service delivery.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as preparing reports and correspondence.
- Support the Department Director as needed (calendar scheduling, etc)
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
