As our second Account Executive, you’ll work across the entire sales funnel. You’ll drive results across inbound, outbound, and reactivation, working closely with our first rep, marketing, and founders.
We’re still early, processes are light, systems are evolving, and wins come from resourcefulness, energy, and ownership.

We’re a B2B SaaS startup with strong product-led growth traction. Customers love our product, but many trials stall or need a human touch to convert.
We’ve built a healthy inbound pipeline and recently made our first sales hire. Now we’re expanding the team to:
- Accelerate high-potential inbound trials
- Run outbound to land more mid-market accounts
- Re-engage past leads and churned customers
This role is a unique opportunity to join the founding sales team, which has strong product-market fit, real volume, and tons of room to grow.
What You’ll Do:
Inbound Activation & Closing
- Engage with self-serve trialers who show intent but aren’t converting
- Deliver consultative demos and guide them to the right plans or use cases
- Reduce time-to-close and improve conversion rates through proactive follow-up
Outbound Prospecting
- Identify and research mid-market targets that match our ICP
- Write and send targeted outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn)
- Drive discovery conversations that highlight product value early
Reactivation & Expansion
- Reconnect with closed/lost or inactive trial accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities within recently converted users
- Help revive accounts that churned but have reactivated interest
Contribute to Sales Infrastructure
- Log activity and pipeline details in HubSpot
- Help refine sales messaging, outbound cadences, and qualification frameworks
- Share feedback with product and marketing to improve activation and GTM alignment

Compensation & Benefits:
- $60K - $70K Base, $120K-$140K OTE (50/50)
- 0.05% - 0.1% Equity
