The Opportunity: Wellness Concierge
As our Wellness Concierge you’ll be the heartbeat of our practice—welcoming members (virtual), managing critical workflows, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. You’ll juggle appointment logistics, member enrollment, scheduling and confirmations, sales conversations, and finance tasks with poise and precision.
What You’ll Own
Member Experience & Sales Support
- First point of contact: phone, email, text and Zoom
- Guide prospective members through enrollment, confidently discussing health challenges and helping them takes steps forward to invest in their health
- Proactively follow up on inquiries, ensuring no lead or question falls through the cracks
Virtual Operations & Events
- Maintain a warm, organized, and on-brand communication
- Support virtual marketing events as needed
- Form and Document Management
- Lab Management
Scheduling & Documentation
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, minimizing wait times and respecting provider schedules
- Prepare and verify all intake forms, waivers, and program checklists
- Accurately process payments and EHR updates
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Liaise seamlessly with clinical, coaching, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive care plans
- Track member satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and safeguard sensitive information
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- Associate's or Bachelor’s, in Healthcare or Bus Admin or related field preferred
- 2+ years in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (wellness/healthcare setting a plus)
- 3+ years in a sales or consultation roles requiring strategic and critical thinking for helping for potential members while maintaing empathy and overcoming objections.

Compensation & Logistics
- Salary: $43,000 + based on experience and skill set plus get performance and other bonuses (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday
