We’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager to bring structure and spark to our digital presence. Your job? Make sure our content shows up on time, in the right places, and in the right voice, and that we’re actively engaging with the people who matter most—from curious guests to restaurant partners and winemakers.
This is a part-time role (~10–15 hours/week), ideal for someone who’s a natural communicator, calendar-obsessed, and wine-curious.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling & Platform Management
Schedule and publish content across Instagram (grid, Reels, Stories), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and FacebookMaintain our content calendar and ensure alignment with events and promotionsCollaborate with our CMO and content team to coordinate copy, visuals, and timing
Engagement & Relationship Building
Reply to comments, DMs, and tags across all platforms in a timely, on-brand voiceProactively engage with businesses, partners, and potential clients by commenting on and sharing their postsMessage relevant accounts (restaurants, wineries, influencers, venues) to build digital relationshipsTrack and escalate community questions or private eventinquiries to the right team member
Light Analytics & Optimization
Pull monthly stats and offer insight on what’s performing and what could be improvedKeep an eye on TikTok and Instagram trends to inform upcoming content or engagement strategies
