Flossy is building the future of dental office operations through Fiona, our AI dental receptionist. By streamlining front desk workflows and transforming the way practices handle calls, scheduling, and patient intake, we’re helping dental teams focus more on care. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, resourceful, and high-energy Content Marketing & events Manager to lead our storytelling and brand visibility efforts across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Content & PR
- Own and manage Flossy’s content marketing calendar—across blog, social, email, and
- newsletter formats
- Research and pitch podcasts for Flossy’s CEO to appear on, securing thought
- leadership opportunities
- Write compelling copy for social posts, thought leadership articles, product updates, and
- email campaigns
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Event Marketing & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of Flossy’s presence at dental industry events and
- conferences
- Handle logistics including registration, booth design, travel coordination, and materials
- Collaborate with sales to ensure events generate and capture qualified leads
- Represent Flossy on-site at events with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solution-first
- mindset
Brand Building & Lead Gen
- Collaborate with sales and product to create and distribute marketing materials that drive
- inbound leads
- Track and report on marketing effectiveness across content and event channels
- Help refine our messaging based on what resonates with the market
Additional Responsibilities
- Open to wearing multiple hats and jumping in to support sales or operations as needed
- Willingness and eagerness to travel regularly and get Flossy’s brand front and center at
- conferences and customer sites
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in content marketing, event planning, or PR (experience in SaaS,
- dental, or health tech a plus)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven experience organizing and executing conferences or events
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Self-starter who can take ownership and operate autonomously
- Team player with a scrappy, “get it done” attitude
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with dental industry or dental practice management systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Portfolio of previous content or events you’ve led
