Social Media Community Specialist (Contract → Growth Path)
We need someone who already knows their way around social—monitoring, engaging, reporting, and keeping communities active and on-point for our automotive clients (think shop tech, motorsports brands, and lifestyle-driven creators).
This role is about being in the day-to-day: managing conversation flow, auditing, building reports with insights (not just pulling numbers), keeping tabs on trends, and supporting live coverage at events. You won’t be designing or producing content, but you’ll write captions when needed and brief creative teams when opportunities pop up.
There’s legit growth potential here—we’re scaling fast, and strong performers will move up quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage social communities: monitor comments, DMs, and conversations; engage where appropriate.
- Schedule and publish provided content.
- Write captions as needed to fit voice and context.
- Build reports with clear insights and next steps.
- Audit accounts and survey competitor/industry landscapes.
- Support live social coverage at events and activations.
- Flag trends and brief the creative team on opportunities.
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience managing social channels and communities (brand, agency, or creator experience).
- Proven experience building reports and presenting insights (Google Data Studio, Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Solid understanding of social analytics and what metrics actually matter.
- Sharp communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently while keeping the team synced.
- Bonus: you’re into cars, creators, or culture (but not required).
Contract role. Remote (with some travel). Paid fairly. Real growth potential.
- Send us a quick intro and links to accounts you’ve worked on.
