About the Role
Join us in building a next-generation healthcare accreditation platform that helps hospitals streamline compliance and quality management. As a Frontend Developer with UI/UX focus, you'll own the complete user experience of our healthcare portal, designing and building intuitive interfaces for complex regulatory workflows.
Compensation: Base position is unpaid, however qualified candidates may receive upfront equity compensation based on their experience level and portfolio strength.
What You'll Build
- Healthcare Compliance Dashboards: Executive analytics and KPI tracking interfaces
- Quality Management Systems: Complex forms, organization, and compliance tracking workflows
- Hospital Profile Systems: Multi-site facility management interfaces
- Real-time Analytics: Interactive data visualizations for hospital performance metrics
- Client Facing Software: Design tools to help with accreditation processes
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Build responsive React applications with modern patterns and hooks
- Develop reusable, accessible components for healthcare workflows
- Implement advanced HTML/CSS including responsive design and modern layout techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare experts to understand user needs and workflow requirements
Healthcare-Specific Work:
- Design interfaces that guide users through complex regulatory requirements
- Build intuitive multi-step forms for accreditation applications
- Create clear data visualizations for hospital quality metrics
- Ensure WCAG compliance and healthcare accessibility standards
Required Qualifications
Design Skills:
- 2+ years with Figma: Advanced proficiency in design systems, prototyping, and collaborative design
- UI/UX Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design systems
Technical Skills:
- 2+ years with ReactJS: Proficient in modern React patterns, hooks, and component architecture
- HTML/CSS Expertise: Advanced CSS including Flexbox, Grid, responsive design
- JavaScript: Strong ES6+ knowledge and modern frontend development
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
Nice to Have:
- Healthcare or regulated industry background
- Data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts)
- Accessibility standards knowledge
