Job Title: Strategy Coordinator, Creator Marketing
Location: Los Angeles (Remote) - Located in LA Preferred
Job Summary: We’re looking for a Strategy Coordinator to join our LA-based team. You’ll help concept, pitch and package Creator-first campaigns that drive results for our brand partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and media – ideal for someone fluent in short-form video and social media, curious about emerging technologies, and energized by the fast-paced world of Creators. This position will report directly to the Director of Strategy.
What You’ll Do: Program + Creative Strategy
- Support the Strategy and Sales teams by identifying Creators, developing campaign ideas, and building out pitch decks
- Concept creator-led campaigns that align with brand goals and cultural trends
- Draft clear and compelling pitch copy that distills insights, strategy, and ideas
- Assist in designing pitch decks using Google Slides, Canva, or Figma
Client + Internal Collaboration
- Serve as a bridge between Sales, Studios, and Account teams – keeping projects organized and timelines tight
- Help prep for client meetings: taking notes, writing recaps, organizing files, and linking out decks
- Prioritize tasks and communicate proactively with Strategy leads and cross-functional teams
- Learn to manage smaller client proposals end-to-end with support from senior team members
- Develop and build on soft skills needed to be effective and efficient across teams
Platform + Tech Fluency
- Track social platform changes (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch) that impact Creator content and/or ideas we put forth
- Use tools like Tagger, TikTok Creator Marketplace, etc. – to pull audience insights and Creator stats
- Stay up to speed on AI tools, design platforms, and video generation tech to improve pitch speed and quality
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years experience in digital media, talent, creative, or influencer marketing (internships count)
- A creative thinker who loves the Internet and can translate brand strategy into social content ideas
- Comfortable writing, designing, researching, and working across multiple projects
- Familiar with Gen Z digital culture and top Creators in gaming, beauty, fashion, food, entertainment
- Bonus if you’ve explored AI design, video editing, or copywriting tools

- Has a passion for digital video and Creator Marketing
- Loves to work within a strong team environment and has the drive to get things done irrespective of the obstacles in the way
- Transparent in communication and asks for help when not able to figure things out
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out on the fly
- Confident using digital tools to research, analyze, and present ideas (even if you're still learning)
- Pays attention to cultural shifts in media, social, and tech—and brings fresh POVs to the table
- Can balance speed with polish: fast when needed, thoughtful when it counts
- Open to feedback and willing to iterate on ideas or deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
