Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this dual role, you will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and legal processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesParalegal Duties- Conduct legal research and draft documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize case files, evidence, and exhibits for litigation or other legal proceedings.
- Maintain compliance with legal procedures and manage deadlines for filings, hearings, and trials.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Administrative Duties- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain office records, both physical and electronic.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Assist with general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and overseeing office equipment.
Qualifications- Education: Paralegal certification or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: At least [X] years of experience as a paralegal or administrative assistant (experience in both fields is preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software.
