Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Full-Time Executive Assistant (30-40 hours per week). This is a remote role. It goes beyond traditional administrative tasks-you will work directly with a member of our leadership team, learn our operations, and support the daily flow of the business. You must be organized, dependable, and committed to accuracy. Your work will include managing inboxes, handling special projects, and coordinating schedules. We give you clear expectations and the trust to work independently without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize the assigned email inbox, ensuring clarity, priority handling, and timely responses.
Support a variety of projects and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings for the assigned executive.
Improve workflows and complete administrative tasks with precision.
Serve as a reliable support resource so the assigned leader can focus on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role with strong organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate and manage tasks efficiently.
Clear, professional communication skills.
Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and use organizational tools.
High reliability, accountability, and consistent delivery of quality work.
Familiarity with-or willingness to learn-EOS practices.
Experience with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
Experience using project management tools such as Odoo or Asana.
Experience supporting U.S.-based clients, preferably on the West Coast.
A positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $5-$9, depending on experience and performance.
Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, remote.
