Qubrid AI is an advanced Artificial Intelligence company dedicated to solving real-world complex problems across multiple industries. Our products include AI software and hardware. We are looking for a part-time Book Keeping and Office Manager for 4-6 hours per day (about 20-30 hours per week).
Preferred Location - Northern Virginia, Fairfax County; other locations in Washington DC metro area will be considered as well.
Pay - $18-20/hour and Annual Bonus depending on company and individual performance

Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Bookkeeper, Accountant and Office Administrator. The selected individual will handle day-to-day financial tasks including maintaining financial records, processing journal entries, preparing financial statements, and using accounting software. Additional responsibilities include supporting office administration, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth operation of office functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in maintaining Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
- Experience with Quickbooks Online Accounting Software and Finance management
- Expertise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable functions
- Management of suppliers, invoicing, account setups, product sales tracking and reporting
- Manage payroll and employee expense reimbursement
- Skilled in processing Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in office administration is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
