Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Mountain View, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, handling phone calls with professionalism, effective communication within the team, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Experience in managing schedules and appointments
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
