Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at Continuum to support the CEO and Principal level leaders within the organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, offering executive support, coordinating communication, execution of business management tasks, and offering general administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in expense management
- Experience in general bookkeeping
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
