@LimeLightWired is where lighting designers, programmers, and techs plug in for industry news, insights, and education. From software tutorials to deep dives on the latest gear, we’re building a community for the people behind the scenes of live entertainment.
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help execute and manage our marketing campaigns, keep our content flowing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and eager to work in the entertainment production space, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Administrative Tasks
- Handle email correspondence and assist with inbox management
- Compile analytics reports to track engagement and campaign performance
- Manage SWAG inventory, including organizing and tracking merchandise
- Coordinate giveaways, including mailing stickers and prize fulfillment
Website & App Management
- Format and publish blog posts and web articles
- Assist with minor site updates and content management
- Support member account management on the site
- Deploy push notifications for new content and updates
Email Marketing
- Create and format engaging email campaigns
- Schedule and publish email content to our audience
Social Media
- Write copy for social media posts that align with our brand voice
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
General Marketing Support
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Help coordinate content promotions, partnerships, and audience engagement efforts
- Support the day-to-day operations of @LimeLightWired’s marketing strategy
Qualifications & Experience
All job skills can be taught during onboarding if you’re organized and computer-savvy.
However, experience with the following is a huge plus:
✔ Adobe Photoshop
✔ Adobe Premiere Pro
✔ Adobe After Effects
✔ General knowledge of stage lighting & live production (helps with industry lingo, but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Work Location: Remote
