Job Description:
Strattz is looking for a Social Media Content Assistant to help capture engaging video and photo content for our clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and adaptable, who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with people. When not capturing content, you will assist with general tasks to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Capture engaging raw video and photo content on-site for Strattz clients (equipment provided).
- Travel to client locations to create content (reliable personal vehicle required).
- Collaborate directly with clients, their staff, and other stakeholders during content capture to ensure smooth interactions and quality results.
- Post and schedule content on social media platforms.
- Provide general support for the team, including basic organizational and administrative tasks when not creating content.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
- Adapt to various tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- A natural ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a variety of individuals, including clients and their teams.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Native-level fluency in English.
