We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for answering phone calls and texts in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office supplies, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities:
- Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
- Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
- Buy materials for the office when necessary
- Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Associate's degree Preferred but not required to apply
- Enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for clients
