Required Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ability to analyze financial reports and extract critical information.
- Aptitude for identifying and rectifying discrepancies in income and expense accounts.
- Experience in preparing and submitting Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
- Expertise in payroll management, including payroll processing and timely tax submissions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time management skills.
