Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee accurate and organized financial records for our clients
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for comprehensive bookkeeping tasks
- Execute Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently
- Analyze financial reports for accuracy and identify any discrepancies in income and expense accounts
- Prepare and file various tax documents, including Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with timely payroll tax submissions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to guarantee seamless operations and precise financial reporting
- Exhibit exceptional time management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Required Skills
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Proficient in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Strong grasp of financial reports with an ability to extract specific data
- Capability to recognize and address inconsistencies in financial records
- Experience in payroll management and tax filing processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the skill to manage multiple priorities effectively

Qualifications
