Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records utilizing QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Prepare, analyze, and extract relevant information from financial reports.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in income and expense accounts.
- Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and tax payments.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized workflows.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Capable of preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial reports.
- Experienced in tax filing and payroll management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
