Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure the day flows seamlessly.
- Email Management: Manage the inbox with professionalism, responding to inquiries and ensuring key communications are prioritized.
- Outreach & Coordination: Aid in client or partner outreach, organize follow-ups, and maintain polished communication.
- Project & Task Management: Utilize tools such as ClickUp or Notion to monitor projects, adhere to deadlines, and maintain organization.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Facilitate calls and correspondence with clients and vendors, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on potential leads or vendors, structure findings, and deliver concise reports.
- Video Updates & Training: Create instructional videos using Loom to guide clients or team members through updates or tasks, requiring comfort in on-camera communication.
Required Skills
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities across email, phone, Slack, and Loom.
- Organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach towards learning and exploring new subjects.
- Technologically proficient with tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Loom, with a willingness to learn new applications quickly. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, website builders, or Canva is advantageous.
- Experience in remote work settings, demonstrating independence and productivity without supervision.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an assistant or in a comparable role is preferred, although adaptability and eagerness to learn will also be considered.
