We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide exceptional support to our studio operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling email and phone correspondence, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues
Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
Assisting with special projects, events, and presentations
Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
