- Role Summary: As a Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting standard administrative tasks such as calendaring, budget management, morale event planning, and coordination with international teams
**What are the key responsibilities?**
- Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
- Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
- Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
- Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
- Provides general office support.
- Serves as the department/group contact.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
**What experience are we looking for to drive success?**
- Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience in an office/team setting.
- Experience with Calendar Management; Experience in managing complex calendars, especially with international teams and different time zones.
- Experience with Budget and Expense Management
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with diverse individuals and groups, accommodating varying work styles and perspectives.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office is a must
