**Summary of the opportunity**

Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading tech company in the industry, which builds services that power and transform marketing, retail, commerce, consulting services, and customer support.
Role Summary: As a Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting standard administrative tasks such as calendaring, budget management, morale event planning, and coordination with international teams

**What are the key responsibilities?**

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Provides general office support.
Serves as the department/group contact.
Completes special projects as assigned.

**What experience are we looking for to drive success?**

Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience in an office/team setting.
Experience with Calendar Management; Experience in managing complex calendars, especially with international teams and different time zones.
Experience with Budget and Expense Management
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with diverse individuals and groups, accommodating varying work styles and perspectives.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office is a must
