Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts (up to 10 concurrently) in a dynamic and demanding environment, focusing on executive assistance, marketing initiatives, website maintenance, social media oversight, and content creation.
- Assume responsibility for client projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks while effectively communicating with clients throughout the process.
- Proactively engage with clients to uncover additional needs, fostering a continuous workflow and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Generate and deliver daily and weekly reports to clients, meticulously tracking time and providing comprehensive project accounting.
- Collaborate with team members in regular meetings, sharing valuable insights and strategies to enhance client support.
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients to provide updates and obtain feedback as necessary.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative capacity
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (overcommunication is essential in a remote setting)
- A well-equipped home office featuring either a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capability, and a designated professional workspace
